Genna White

I am delighted to be offered the chance to be put forward as Health & Safety Governor for Holton Sleaford Independent School. The school is a brand new diverse opportunity for a variety of students with additional needs. My passion for supporting young adults to achieve their full potential in a safe and caring environment is paramount.

In 2010 I studied at Loughborough university gaining a BA Hons in Fine Art. In recent years I have worked in hospitality, retail, freelance art and ran my own photography  business, alongside bring up my own two children. Art is a passion of mine which has carried through everything I have done. Mental health awareness and alternative therapy is also a large part of my life. Working with art therapy and being able to help people through the use of something anyone can get involved with is something you will often find me talking about and promoting. The dedication and faith I have placed into art has made its way into special needs and education. I am keen to bring my caring and guiding nature into Holton Sleaford Independent School through my role as Health & Safety Governor.
